The house has 5 two-room apartments consisting of a living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The Lizard
On the ground floor, with direct access to the garden. Walls painted in pastel green. Sage green kitchenette, living room with folding square table, 4 stuffed chairs, double sofa bed, sideboard. Bedroom with iron bed, two-door wardrobe, bedside tables and chair. Bathroom with w.c., sink and shower. It has Lcd Tv. Accessible to the disabled. Outside there is a garden set consisting of a table, 4 chairs and 2 armchairs.
The Flea
Ground floor with direct access to the garden. Painted salmon pink. Salmon kitchenette. Dining room with a leaf-table, four chairs with straw seats and a cupboard. Bedroom with iron bed, a two-door wardrobe, night tables and a chair and a sofa bed (width 100 cm.). Tv. Spacious bathroom with w.c., washbasin, bidet and shower. Outdoor space with garden furniture and umbrella.
The Spider
Ground floor with direct access to the garden. Light, spacious. White walls contrast with walnut rustic furniture and the oak kitchen. The living room is furnished with a leaf-table with four chairs with straw seats and a double sofa bed. The bedroom has an iron bed, a two-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two night tables. Tv. Bathroom with w.c., washbasin , bidet and shower. Outdoor space with garden furniture and umbrella.
The Cricket
Up a flight of stairs made of old tiles. Walls are light-blue. The kitchenette is white “décapé”, the dining/living room has a leaf-table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed (width cm. 125), a cupboard. Bedroom with an iron bed, a two-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two night tables. Tv. Bathroom with w.c., washbasin , bidet and shower. From the balcony you can enjoy a stunning view across the valley. A ring of medieval towns can be seen from right to left: Spoleto, Trevi, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spello, Assisi. On the far horizon you can see the Umbrian- Apennine, the Martan Mountains and the Umbrian-Tuscan Apennine. Before you the tiny medieval village of Limigiano with its bell-tower which chimes midday.
The Ant
Next to “The Cricket”. Walls are yellow. The kitchenette is of oak. The living room has a leaf-table with four chairs with straw seats, a sofa bed (width cm. 125) and a cupboard. Bedroom with an iron bed, a two-door wardrobe, two night tables and a chair. Tv. Bathroom with w.c., washbasin , bidet and shower. On the balcony you will be surprised to see how near are some of the most important Umbrian towns: Perugia, Assisi, Spello,Montefalco, Bevagna, Trevi. All are within 30 km at most and are worth a visit of at least half a day. Mt.Subasio and the Martan Mountains are the frame to this superb scenery.
