Rates includes all utilities (gas, electricity, water), bed, bath and kitchen linens (weekly change) and the final cleaning.
Heating: € 105,00 per week per apartment, that's € 15,00 per night per apartment. Heating is working 10 hours per day by pre-arranged turns:
A deposit of € 130,00 is requested on arrival to cover possible losses or damages and returned on departure.
If a week's stay begins in one week and extends into another, the rate will be adjusted according to the days spent in each season.
